ADELIA STREETER, 79

Services for Adelia Streeter of Sacramento, California, who died September 5, 1994 at her home, will be 10 a.m. Friday, September 9 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with burial in the Blair Cemetery.

Adelia I. Streeter was born June 7, 1915 in rural Herman, Nebraska to Peter K. and Lydia Petersen Andersen. She attended Bell Center Grade School and New England School prior to attending and and graduating from Blair High School.

She and her twin sister, Elveria moved to Valeo, California and worked in the Kaiser Ship Yards during World War II. She later went to work at McCellan Air Force Base, retiring after 30 years of employment.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Charles Eggleston of Lake Oswego, Oregon; grandchildren, Julie Eggleston and Christian Eggleston; a sister, Elveria Lee, Sacramento; a brother, Alvan Andersen, Blair, Nebraska; one niece, Ronda Lee and three grand-nieces, many cousins and friends.
