OLGA STREHLMAN, 94

Olga Strehlman, 94, of Fremont, formerly of Arlington, died Monday, Aug. 31, 1998 at Arbor Manor in Fremont.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church north of Arlington. Rev. Dr. Michael L. Rogers will officiate.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Visitation will also be at the church one hour prior to the service time.

Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Arlington.

Olga Rinas was born Jan. 18, 1904 in rural Arlington to Theodore and Minnie (Hilgenkamp) Rinas.

On Feb. 26, 1933, she married Martin H. Strehlman at Arlington. He died on April 15, 1983.

She lived all her life in the Arlington area until February of 1996 when she moved to Arbor Manor in Fremont.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church; the Arlington Senior Center; and the Jolly Larks Card Club.

She is survived by one sister, Ella Rinas of Arlington; two nephews, Larry Rinas and Dean Schmidt, both of Arlington; and one niece, Erma Trisler of Fremont.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Martin; one sister, Bertha Schmidt; and one brother, Paul Rinas.

Memorials are suggested to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church or The Lutheran Hour.
