The funeral of Mrs. Esther Ann Bottorff, whose death in Omaha March 30th was noted in these columns last week, was held at the Christian church in this city last Thursday afternoon, Rev. L.H. Camp officiating. Interment was in the Blair cemetery. Mrs. Bottorff was an old resident of Blair but had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Roy Charles since her health broke down. Esther Ann Burdew was born in LaFayette county, Indiana, July 17th, 1851, so was in her 75th year. She came to this state when seventeen years of age and was married to T.C. Bottorff at Stanton, Nebr., February 22nd, 1870. She is survived by five children, Mrs. W.D. Hughes, of Fremont, Mrs. Addie Warrick, of Peetz, Colo., Chas. Bottorff, of this city, Mrs. Ray Charles, of Omaha, and Mrs. Sam Mundorf, of this city.
