Max C. Haber Jr. died on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. He was born on Oct. 24, 1929.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Max Sr. and Dorothy Haber. He is survived by his daughters: Jeannie (Mike) Beister, Kathy (Scott) Spicer, Laurie Bushnell, Merry Jo (Gene) Hynous and Wendy (Larry) Salinas; 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

He was a member of Omaha Optimist Club and Naval Reserves.

A memorial service will be held Monday at 5:30 p.m. with a gathering of family and friends from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center Street, Omaha.
