PATRICIA A. COMSTOCK
Patricia Comstock, 70, of Blair died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2000 at Crowell Memorial Home.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair. Burial will be in the Herman Cemetery.
Patricia A. Comstock was born August 23, 1929, to Jasper and Rose “Colgan” Vaughn of rural Herman. She attended Pleasant View School and graduated from Blair High School.
She received her LPN degree in 1986. She was employed with Blair Memorial Hospital, Tekamah and Elkhorn Nursing Homes.
In June of 1946, she married Vernon Penry who preceded her in death. She married Bernard Comstock in December of 1956.
He preceded her in death in January of 1984.
She is survived by her children, Connie Thomsen of El Paso, Texas; Glenda Pinkard of Omaha; Bernie Comstock and Paula Welch, both of Blair; Dennis, Lonnie and Randy Penry all of Blair; John Penry of Omaha; and Kathy Kelley of Blair; a brother, Floyd Vaughn of Blair and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Vernon and Bernard, and a daughter, Carol Henery, one brother and two sisters.
