GEORGIA K. CONKLIN

Georgia K. Conklin, 80, of Tekamah, died Sept. 21, 2004, at the Carter House in Blair.

Memorial services were Sept. 24, 2004, at the First Presbyterian Church in Tekamah. Interment was in the Tekamah Cemetery.

Georgia K. Conklin was born April 18, 1924, in Tekamah, to Owen and Lena (Banbury) Palmer. She graduated from Tekamah High School in 1940.

On Feb. 2, 1946 she married Keith “Lefty” Conklin in Papillion.

Mrs. Conklin was the bookkeeper at Tekamah Transfer, which she and her husband owned and operated.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Tekamah.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Tom Olson of Blair; two grandchildren and their families; sister and brother-in-law, Luella and Bud Eriksen of Craig.
