ADA COOK

Miss Ada Cook, aged 24 years, daughter of County Attorney Jo Cook, of Fremont, died on a Union Pacific passenger train, Monday evening, 30 minutes before the train reached Fremont from the west. She was returning from a winter’s sojourn to California, accompanied by her sister, death resulting from heart failure. She was a granddaughter of Wm. Cook, an early day resident of Arlington, a farmer and lawyer, prominent in public affairs of this county for many years, and was born at Arlington. Her parents, a brother and sister and her grandparents are near surviving relatives.
