BULA COOK

Bula Z. Cook was born April 3, 1883 at Fontanelle, Nebr., and passed away May 9, 1966 at Schuyler, Neb. She leaves to mourn her loss two sister, Mrs. Merle Sager and Mrs. Fred Robertson, both of Schuyler; one brother, Victor Cook of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.

She attended several colleges in the United States and received her degree from the University of Nebraska. She taught school over fifty years in many schools in Nebraska. She traveled over much of the United States and made two trips in Europe; while in Europe she visited the Holy Land.

Services were held at the Bader Funeral Home in Fremont Thursday afternoon, Mary 12th, with Rev. Robert Petersen in charge. The songs “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Good Night Here But Good Morning Up There” were sung by George C. Novatny with Miss Bozena Novatny organist. Burial was in the Fontanelle Cemetery at Fontanelle, Nebr.

Pallbearers were Clare Johnson, Dalton Strenger, William Rohn, Luther Monke, William Monke and Oscar Wilkinson.
