RELATIVE OF MRS. LOOSING MURDERED IN CALIFORNIA

Mrs. Hazel Loosing of Arlington, received word that one of her relatives had been found murdered in California. The murdered person was Mario Billy Over, 15-year-old foster grandson of Mrs. Loosing's sister at Hayward, California.

Law authorities say an ex-convict has admitted the decapitation slaying of the Hayward youth plus the murder of a Lake Tahoe woman, the knife killing of a Union City teenager, and the attempted murder of a Monterey woman.

Weldon Mead Kennedy, 29, an ex-convict and laundry employee from Union City, California, is being held in Worland, Wyoming jail for investigation of intent to commit murder in an incident involving two other teen-agers.

Kennedy led Union City police to the roadside grave of Oliver. Kennedy said he had picked up Oliver, killed him and then buried him. Oliver's clothing was also pointed out at a different location.

Mrs. Loosing's relative had been missing for about one month.
