Former Arl. Man Died at Dodge County Hospital

Word has been received of the death of a former Arlington man, Louis Krajicek, 79.

Mr. Krajicek passed away on Monday at the Dodge County Hospital following a short illness.

Services are planned for Thursday, January 2nd, at 9:30 a.m. at the Spear Funeral Home at Scribner. Services will follow at the Scribner Catholic Church. Military services will be held at the Arlington Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Casket bearers will be nephews of Mr. Krajicek. They are Mark and Gordon Marshall of Fremont; Elmer Scheer of Fremont; Wendell Wolles, Grand Island; and William and Laurence Cook of Arlington.

Mr. Krajicek was born on March 14, 1889 at Atkinson, Nebraska. He spent much of his youth and early manhood in the Arlington area. He fought in France and Germany during World War I.

He is survived by one brother, 2 sisters and several nieces and nephews. His surviving brother is S. A. Krajicek of Billings, Montana. His two sisters are Mrs. Ross (Mary) Marshall of Fremont and Mrs. E. T. (Bess) Lyne of Long Beach, California.
