WILLARD BROSS BURIED TUESDAY

Willard Bross, 38, son of Frank Bross of Blair, and until his early manhood a resident here, died Sunday evening at the Norfolk hospital after a long illness, according to word received by relatives late Sunday night.

Funeral services were held at two o’clock Tuesday afternoon from the Bendorf funeral home with Rev. Thomas J. Reese, pastor of the local Baptist church officiating. Burial was in the Blair cemetery.

Willard was born in Blair December 20th, 1897, reaching his 38th birthday only a week before his death. He attended schools here prior to his departure from town.

Surviving are his father, Frank Bross, a brother, Raymond Bross of Pierre, South Dakota who arrived Monday evening to attend the rites; and a sister, Ruth, now Mrs. Charles Niehaus of West Point, who was also present for the funeral services.
