Frederick Krauss Is Buried

Funeral services are 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, at Forest Lawn Chapel for Frederick Christ Krauss, 90, who died July 14, 1983, at Crowell Home.

The Rev. Harold Dodson is officiating. Burial is at Forest Lawn at Omaha.

Frederick Christ Krauss was born May 22, 1893, in Omaha to George M. and Frieda Barbe Krauss. He married Eleanor Murphy on December 17, 1933, in Kimball, Nebraska.

He was a veteran of World War I and served from July 6, 1918, to July 27, 1919.

He had been an engineer with the Bureau of Reclamation.

He is survived by his wife, Eleanor, McCook, Nebraska; and two sons, George Krauss, Omaha, and Frederick T. Krauss, Denver, Colorado. Two grandchildren also survive him.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
