MAE SUTHERLAND BURIED WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Mable Mae Sutherland passed away at the Blair Community Hospital on February 17th, where she had been confined for several weeks.

She was born in Tekamah on September 2, 1881 to Mr. and Mrs. James R. Davis, so was 81 years of age at the time of her death.

She was married to Wesley Sutherland and they were the parents of three children. Mr. Sutherland passed away many years ago. A son, Victor Sutherland passed away last January 29.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elene Gregerson of Atlantic, Iowa; and Mrs. Fern Davis of Craig. Also six grandchildren.

Mrs. Sutherland was a member of the Rebecca Lodge and the Royal Neighbor Lodge.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 20th at the Campbell Mortuary. The Rev. Dale Westadt officiated. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery with the Campbell Mortuary in charge.

Pallbearers were grandchildren and nephews.
