W. H. SUTHERLAND, 92, DIES IN TEXAS
A group from Blair attended the funeral of W. H. Sutherland, age 92, at San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Belle Lamb, asister of Mr. Sutherland, was accompanied to the services, held June 11th, by her daughter, Mrs. Clyde Sappenfield; and her son, Everett Lamb; and John Sutherland, a great nephew.
William H. Sutherland, who spent his early years in Blair, was employed at a Blair bank and held other clerical positions in this community.
The family moved to Texas about 35 years ago.
Survivors include his wife, Emily; and two children, Mrs. Frank Thompson (Nancy Belle) of San Antonio, Texas; and a son, John Sutherland, who is in the service, stationed in Georgia.
