Cindy K. Payne Dover, 65

Cindy K. Payne Dover, age 65, passed away at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, surrounded by her loving family, June 29, 2015. She was born June 11, 1950, in Blair, Nebraska, to Ernest Elwood Payne and Mary Jane Merriman Payne. She attended grade school in Herman NE and graduated from Oak Park High School in Kansas City, MO. She was married to Kenny Dover and they had two sons, Robert and Keith. She moved back to Blair in 2005 and worked at No Frills Super Market at the time of her passing. Cindy enjoyed gardening and spent many hours taking care of her flowers and also gardened for others. She loved nature and spending time with her sons and family. She enjoyed life and spending time with her sisters, be it concerts, playing cards or trips. In her spare time, she enjoyed the art of origami.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Bennie Rockford. She is survived by her sons Robert Dover of Lawrence KS and Keith Dover of Lenexa KS; sisters Linda (Tom) Andersen and Vicki Rockford; many cousins and nephews. A private interment service at Mt. Moriah Terrace Park in Missouri will be held at a later date.
