MARY BETH OWATA, DAUGHTER OF HAROLD FRENCH, DIES

Mrs. Frank Owata Jr., the former Mary Beth French, passed away in the St. Mary's Hospital at Minneapolis, Minnesota, on September 4th after a lingering illness.

She was born on July 8th, 1929, at Blair, Nebraska. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Harold French of Blair.

On May 5th, 1950 she was united in marriage to Frank Owata Jr. of Minneapolis, in Fremont, Nebraska.

Surviving her are her husband, a son, David, and a daughter, Heidi Sue all of Minneapolis, also her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold French of Blair, two brothers Richard French of Polson, Montana, Charles E. French of Omaha, two sisters, Janet (Mrs. Don Bartusek of Omaha, and Virginia (Mrs. Jose Inclan) of Las Vegas, Neada.

Funeral services were held on September 9th with Pastor Clark Poorman of the Woodcrest Baptist Church officiating. Interment was in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery at Minneapolis.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Bartusek, Mrs. Edward Novotny, Mr. and Mrs. Charles French of Omaha, Richard French of Polson, Montana, and Mrs. Jose Inclan of Las Vegas attended the services.
