LEONARD F. SUVERKRUBBE, 90
Leonard F. Suverkrubbe, 90, of El Cajon, Calif., died Jan. 3, 2000.
Services were Jan. 8, 2000, at Paris Frederick Mortuary in El Cajon, Calif.
Leonard Frederick Suverkrubbe was born Sept. 15, 1909 to Julius and Ann (Khank) Suverkrubbe in Nebraska. He was a long time resident of East County in California, having moved from Nebraska in the mid 1930s with his now deceased wife Dorothy, and their family.
He was a member of the Carpenter’s Union, Local No. 547 and a lifetime member of El Cajon Elks Lodge No. 1812.
He is survived by his sons, Gerald W. and James F. Suverkrubbe, both of Santee, Calif.; five grandchildren, Cherie Zaizer of North Las Vegas, Nev.; Michael Suverkrubbe of San Diego, Calif.; Lori McCullough of Santee, Calif.; Timothy Suverkrubbe of Rancho, Calif.; and Bernardo and Michelle Suverkrubbe of Raleigh, N.C.; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorials are suggested to charity of choice.
