EVELYN VAN HORN SWAN, 83
Evelyn Van Horn Swan died January 16, 1994 in Sacramento, California.
She was born July 6, 1910 on a farm near Herman to Jim and Claudia Wachter Van Horn. She attended the Thone Grade School and graduated from Herman High School in 1927.
She then attended the Lincoln School of Commerce and made her home in Lincoln.
In 1935, she married Harry L. Swan Jr. They resided in the Sacramento area for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry in 1980.
She is survived by her sons, Roger and Richard, both of California; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Vernon Van Horn of Vancouver, Washington and several cousins.
