CARY SWANSON, 24
Memorial services were Monday, June 19 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Omaha for Cary Swanson, 24 of Omaha who died June 16, 1995 at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha.
Cary Duane Swanson was born February 25, 1971 in Omaha. He was baptized in 1971 and confirmed in 1986.
He attended Rosehill Elementary School, Monroe Junior High School and Benson High School in Omaha and graduated from Blair High School in 1989. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, studying engineering.
He was a member of the United Ostomy Society and Immanuel Hospital Cancer Support Group.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glen Swanson Jr.
He is survived by his father, Glen Swanson, Omaha; mother Susan Swanson, Blair; a son, Brandon Holoubek Swanson; two sisters, Rachel Swanson, Omaha and Catherine Swanson, Blair; two brothers, Daniel of Fremont and Jonathan of Blair and his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. G. M. Matson of Lincoln and Lorraine Swanson of Omaha.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
