Services for Gladys M. Swanson, 79 of Omaha and formerly of Herman were Sunday, October 11 at the Herman Federated Church in Herman. Interment was in the Herman Cemetery.
She was the widow of Theodore R. Swanson.
She was a 49-year member of the Herman Order of the Eastern Star chapter.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Keith McBurney of Western Springs, Illinois; two grandchildren, Steven and Mark; and one sister, Florence Percy of Athens, Tennessee.
Roeder Mortuary in Omaha was in charge of arrangements for the services.
