SERVICES ARE ON TUESDAY FOR PETER OLSEN

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 19, at 2 p.m. at Emmaus Lutheran Church for Peter Olsen, 91, who died January 15, 1982, at Good Shepherd Home in Blair.

Rev. Russell Saltzman will conduct the services. Burial will be in Prairie View Cemetery near Kennard.

Peter Olsen was born on May 8, 1890, in Ugilt, Denmark to Kristian and Marie Nielsen Olsen. He was married to Carrie S. Andersen and was a farmer until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrrie; and one daughter, Edna Champion, who died in 1976.

He is survived by one granddaugher, Sandra Orantes, San Francisco, California; and one grandson, David Hoffman, also of San Francisco, California. One brother, John Jensen, Fremont; and one sister, Sena Rhea of San Francisco, Calfornia also survive him.

Norma Sue Klotz will be organist.

Memorials may be made to Emmaus Lutheran Church.
