WILLIAM LOWE DIED JULY 3rd AT EUGENE, OREGON

Mrs. Raymond Kastl received word of the death of her father, William Lowe of Eugene, Oregon July 3rd. Internment will be in the Herman Cemetery with Campbell Mortuary in charge.

FORMER HERMAN RESIDENT BURIED

Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 18th for William Lowe, a former Herman resident. Mr. Lowe was 86 years of age at the time of his death July 3rd at Eugene, Oregon.

Mr. Lowe spent most of his life in and around Herman. He moved to Oregon in 1937.

Mrs. Lowe, whom he married in 1900, preceded him in death in 1948. Six children survive. They are Gelmar Lowe, Coos Bay, Oregon; Mrs. Lloyd Hartley (Murrell) of Klamath Falls, Oregon; Donald Lowe, Riverside, California; Louis Lowe, Klamath Falls; Roland Lowe, Oakville, Washington and Mrs. Raymond Kastle (Wilma) of Herman, Nebraska.

A brother, John Lowe, of Waterloo, Iowa, survives and also 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Dudley Carter officiated at the services at the Herman Cemetery Wednesday.
