BERNIECE M. LUCKE, 98
Services for Berniece M. Lucke, 98 of Fremont who died October 4, 1994 at A. J. Merrick Manor in Fremont were Friday, October 7 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Rev. Ronald Croom of First United Methodist Church officiated. Burial was in Ridge Cemetery in Fremont.
Berniece M. Lucke was born January 7, 1896 in Arlington. She grew up in Arlington and moved to Fremont when she was 16 years old.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Fremont, where she was a member for over 75 years.
She married Frank Lucke May 6, 1913 at Fremont. He preceded her in death April 17, 1950.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, James and Ella Mohr Long; a brother, James B. Long and a sister, Dorothy Roth.
She is survived by a daughter, Phyllis (Mrs. Earl) Lantefield of Fremont; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church in Fremont.
Pallbearers were Darrell Hultgren, Henry C. Furst, Don Piersol, John Baumeister, Veryl Lantefield, and Rob Morse.
