Funeral services of A. G. Ludwig were held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at their home in Arlington, Rev. Frank Williams conducted the services and Rev. Chas. Harmes, of Lincoln giving an impressive address. A. G. Ludwig was born October 11th, 1856 at Quincy, Ill. In 1880 he was united in marriage to Emma H. Engleheardt. He is survived by his wife and two children, Zella E. Worley of Inland, Neb., Otto E. Ludwig of Los Angeles, Cal. Six grandchildren and one grandchild preceding him in death, three brothers Will, Ed, and Al, of Arlington and three sisters, Carrie Symmes of Chicago, Lizzie Gram of Pittsburg, Penn., and Amelia Baker of Sturgis, S.D. Mr. Ludwig was well and favorably known over the state. He was a contractor and had erected many public buildings, especially the many school buildings.
