Services Are Thursday for Harry Stuenkel

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 2, at Immanuel Lutheran Church for Harry H. Stuenkel, 74, of Herman, who died at a Fremont hospital November 29, 1982, following a brief illness.

The Rev. Rodney Meske conducted the services. Burial was in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Harry H. Stuenkel was born in rural Hooper on January 20, 1908, to Edward and Katherine Stuenkel. He lived his entire lifetime in the Hooper area where he farmed.

He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church east of Winslow and a member of the L.L.L. of his church.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by two sisters, Ida Stuenkel of Herman and Mrs. Esther Pawling of Hooper; two brothers, Howard Stuenkel and Walter Stuenkel, both of Herman; and five nieces and nephews.

Warne Funeral Home, Hooper, was in charge of arrangements for the services.
