Otto Nielsen

Otto Nielsen died suddenly of heart failure at his home in Dexterville and the funeral was held Friday. Reverend A. Theo. Schultz conducted the service at the home and Reverend N. P. Lang at the Danish Church of which he was a member.

Mr. Nielsen was born Oct 28, 1848 near Alborg, Denmark. In 1873 he immigrated to this country and located out near Orum. He was married to Mrs. Jens Toft on the 4th day of May, 1878, and to them were born two sons, James (Jens) and Chris. Mr. and Mrs. Nielsen moved to Blair in 1910 where they have since resided. He leaves to mourn him besides his wife and two sons, three stepchildren, Mrs. Henry Block; Hans and Peter Toft and a sister residing in Denmark.
