Kenneth C. Krogh, 76

Kenneth Carl Krogh, 76, of Dallas, Texas, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2003.

Funeral services were Saturday, Oct. 18, at Restland Memorial Chapel with interment of Restland Memorial Park.

Kenneth Carl Krogh was born on May 27, 1927, in Blair and graduated from Blair High School and the University of Nebraska. He earned his Masters in industrial psychology at Purdue University.

He served two years in the U.S. Navy in WWII on the USS Hornet. He taught at Balboa High School in the Panama Canal Zone, where he met and married the love of his life, Judith Anne Smith. They celebrated 51 years of marriage.

Throughout his life, he served the Lord, touching many lives both in business and through his community. He served as president of the First Baptist Academy school board at its inception and as a deacon at First Baptist Dallas, where he has been an active member since 1966. He was a member of Rotary International, involved in the development of Camp Enterprise and their student tutoring program. He was a true servant of God and the finest husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; children, Kathleen and John Dillon, Deborah and Chip Nichols, son, Stephen Krogh; four grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Rotary Foundation or First Baptist Academy.
