Services Held For Elmer Kronberg

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 2, at Campbell Funeral Home for Elmer M. Kronberg, 78, who died December 30, 1981, at Good Shepherd Home.

Rev. Kurt Sortland conducted the services. Burial was in Rosehill Cemetery.

Elmer M. Kronberg was born August 14, 1903, in Blair to Augustav and Madsena Kronberg. He married Florence Roy on December 29, 1927, at Denison, Iowa.

They moved to Blair in 1942. He painted for Omaha National Bank for ten years and worked for the Army Corps of Engineers. He was a member of the Florence Odd Fellows.

He is survived by his wife, Flo, of Blair; two daughters, Barbara Chamberlain, Blair; Mrs. Myron (Maxine) Benck of Fremont; and one son, Kenneth Kronberg of Fremont, One sister, Carrie Gunderson of Sidney, Nebraska; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren also survive him.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
