Florence Kronberg, 88, of Fremont and formerly of Blair died Saturday, Oct. 18, 1997 at Merrick Manor in Fremont.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.

Mrs. Kronberg was born April 2, 1909 in Dow City, Iowa to Ralph and Mary (Miller) Roy. She attended school at Dow City and Denison, Iowa. On Dec. 29, 1927, she married Elmer Kronberg in Denison. While living in Blair, she worked at the Blair Home Laundry, was a housekeeper and a nanny.

Survivors are her children, Maxine (Mrs. Myron) Benck, Barbara Chamberlain and Kenneth Kronberg, all of Fremont; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Virginia Higgins, Dessert Hot Springs, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer in 1981; one brother and three sisters.
