Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 12 for Jason Wade Stewart, 19, who died September 9, 1995 at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. Rev. John Schmitt is officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.

Jason Wade Stewart was born July 24, 1976 at Garden City to Jack and Claudia Klotz Stewart. He was a life-time Garden City resident and attended Garden City Schools.

He was employed in the transfer department at Monfort in Garden City.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Clifford Stewart, Palm City, Florida; a sister, Rebecca Stewart of Manhattan, Kansas and his grandparents, George and Donna Stewart, Fairfield Bay, Arkansas and Dean and Rose Sapp of Omaha.
