Vincent M Cucinello, 56, died Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at his home in Arlington.

Funeral services were Monday, March 28, at the Arlington Community Church. Interment was in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Slidell, La.

Vincent M. Cucinello was born Nov. 17, 1948, in New Orleans, La. to Malcolm and Vincentia E. (Janovro) Cucinello. He lived in Slidell, La., until entering the U. S. Air Force in 1968. He served during the Vietnam War, and in Desert Shield/Desert Storm, retiring after 23 years of service. He moved to Arlington after his discharge, and was employed at Cargill in Blair for several years.

He was a former member of the Kennard American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Blair.

On Nov. 2, 1985, he married Renelle Majors in Kennard. The couple later divorced.

He is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Travis and Annie Cucinello of Portland, Ore., Nick and Aike Cucinello of Tokyo, Japan, and Trevor Cucinello of Kennard; father, Malcolm Cucinello of Pearl River, La.; and a brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Elaine Cucinello of Metairie, La.

He was preceded in death by his mother and an infant brother.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington was in charge of arrangements.
