Funeral services for Don Cunningham, 83 of Colon, who died July 29, 1990 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha are 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 2 at Bader-Rozanek Colonial Funeral Home in Fremont. Elder John Charter is officiating. Burial is in Ridge Cemetery in Fremont.
Don A. Cunningham was born September 11, 1906 in Campbell, Missouri. He had lived in Omaha and Colon since 1972. He was a retired maintenance worker with Omaha Steel Workers.
He married Darlene Sweet July 22, 1950 in Newton, Iowa. She survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Jerry of Nickerson and Donald Whited of Bartlett, Tennessee; a daughter, Linda (Mrs. Larry) Evans of Gering; a brother, Ed of Carter Lake, Iowa; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
