Laura Kruger

Laura H.E. Kruger of Arbor Manor in Fremont died Sunday morning.

She was born January 5, 1899, on the family farm north of Arlington to F.W. and Kena (Dunklau) Krueger.

Kruger lived on the family farm until after school, when she moved to St. Louis, Missouri, and received her nurses training.

In 1943, she moved to Fremont. Kruger never married.

She was a nurse for most of her life, and was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where memorials are suggested.

She is survived by a brother, Albert Kruger of Fremont.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 15, at Ludvigsen Mortuary in Fremont, with Rev. Donald Levenhagen officiating.

Burial will be in the St. Paul Cemetery, north of Arlington.
