MARTIN P. KRUGER

Martin P. Kruger was born on a farm north of Arlington, Nebr. on Dec 9, 1895. He was the son of F. William Kruger and Lena (Duklau) Kruger. A farmer and lifetime resident of the community, Martin was married to Katherine Wehmeyer. She passed away on August 16, 1941. On January 2, 1944 he was united in Holy Matrimony with Olinda Hilgenkamp at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

Martin passed away Thursday, November 17, 1977 at Dodge County Memorial Hospital Annex in Fremont, having attained the age of 81 years, 11 months and 8 days. He is survived by his wife, Olinda; 1 son, Roger Kruger, 1 brother Albert Kruger and 1 sister, Miss Laura Kruger. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Albert, in infancy and Evi Kruger and by 1 sister Sophie Hilgenkamp.
