Eloise G. Kruse, 93, of Fremont, died Sunday, June 6, 1999, at A.J. Merrick Manor in Fremont.

A graveside service at the Arlington Cemetery is pending.

Eloise G. Kruse was born Sept. 13, 1905, to John and Gertrude (Roberts) Hammang in York.

She grew up in Arlington, and in 1923, moved to California where she lived for 25 years.

Upon her retirement, she moved to Florida for about 10 years and finally settled in Fremont.

She was a member of the Arlington Community Church and the wife of John R. Richards and later, Sven Kruse, both deceased.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Maxine Richards of Orlando, Fla.; daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Anthony Steffen of Fremont; daughter-in-law, Vonda Richards of Tulsa, Okla.; and 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, one brother and two sons.

Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont is in charge of arrangements.
