Ruberta M. Kruse, 81 of Blair died August 4, 2004 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2004 at First Lutheran Church, Blair. Interment will be in the Ft. Calhoun Cemetery. A lunch will be served at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church following graveside services.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, August 6, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mrs. Kruse was born October 4, 1922 to Paul and Frieda (Logemann) Kruse. She married Raymond J. Kruse on March 15, 1941.

She is survived by daughter, Marti (Kruse) and son-in-law, Gerald Fegter of Picayune, Mississippi; son , Jerry and daughter-in-law, Nancy Kruse, Omaha; daughter-in-law, Ann Kruse of Wayne; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Verna and husband Richard Bull of Blair and brother, Mylan Kruse and wife Corrine of Cedar Bluffs; sister-in-law Teresa Kruse, Harlan, Iowa; nieces; nephews; relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; son, David R, Kruse and her brother, Harley P. Kruse.

Memorials are suggested to First Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
