Mrs. Grace Sublett Rites Are Saturday

Funeral services will be held Saturday for Mrs. Grace Sublett, long time Blair woman who died this week at Vacaville, California. Mrs. Sublett was the wife of the late Wes Sublett.

Mrs. Sublett was the daughter of Mrs. Oscar Grothe and she had been making her home with them until last Fall when she moved to Vacaville to spend the winter at the home of her daughter, Claudine. She had been in poor health for some time prior to her death.

Mrs. Sublett’s husband died fifteen years ago. Following his death she worked in Omaha for a number of years and then returned to Blair to live.

She is survived by her daughter, Claudine, of Vacaville, a daughter Betty, Mrs. W.C. Bryan, also of Vacaville, a daughter, Darlene, Mrs. Bernard Brown of Omaha and a daughter Erdice, Mrs. Stanley Schuman, of Florida.

Mrs. Sublett was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Springer, Blair residents, and she attended the Blair City Schools.

In addition to her daughters, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Oscar Grothe, of Blair, and a by a brother, Fay Springer, and a sister, Mrs. Hazel Webster, also of Blair.

Services will be at the Campbell Mortuary Saturday at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Blair cemetery.
