Leon E. Suing, 48

Services were Wednesday, July 17 at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel in Blair for Leon E. Suing, 48, of Blair and formerly of Cheyenne, Wyoming, who died July 13, 1996 at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha.

Leon E. Suing was born October 15, 1947 in Gregory, South Dakota to Leon Z. and Valta Simonds Suing. He was a graduate of Gregory High School and attended UTI Technical School in Omaha.

He was a mechanic for 35 years and also drove a cab in Cheyenne and Omaha. He had been a truck driver for MAU Trucking in Ida Grove, Iowa since 1989.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Michael.

He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Joseph and Ann Suing of Blair and Andrew Leon of Omaha; a grandson, Dylan; his mother, Valta Suing of Wagner, South Dakota; a sister, Connie Suing of Gregory, South Dakota; two brothers, Terry Suing of Gregory and Keith Suing of Cheyenne.
