Chamberlain Dies, Age 61

Former Herman Man Dies At Nebraska City; Burial At Herman

The funeral of 61-year-old Charles Chamberlain of Nebraska City, formerly of Herman, was held Sunday. The first service was at 10 a.m. Sunday in Nebraska City. At 2:30 p.m. there were further rites at the Herman Baptist Church, and interment was in Herman Cemetery. The Truhlsen Funeral Home of Herman had charge of arrangements.

Mr. Chamberlain died in an Omaha hospital last Thursday following a long illness. He is survived by his wife Lily; one son, Chamberlain of Nebraska City; and three brothers, Leo Chamberlain of Herman, Clarence and George Chamberlain, both of Tekamah.
