William Patrick Sully, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sully, died at their home at DeSoto Sunday morning, January 17, of an incurable gland disorder at the age of 3 years, 2 months and 15 days.

Funeral services are held from St. Francis Borgia Catholic church at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday January 19, Rev. Father Borer of Tekamah officiating.

Another child, Joseph, who died 7 years ago at the age of 5 months, was buried on the same date, January 19.

The Sullys have two other children, Louis 9 years and Leo age 6.

Francis Sully Found Dead Was Afflicted With Asthma

Francis Sully, three, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sully of De Soto, was found dead at their home Sunday morning. He had suffered from asthma and it is supposed that this was the real cause of his death.

A post mortem examination was held but nothing definite was determined. The funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the St. Borgia church in Blair and interment was made in the Blair cemetery. Besides the parents two brothers survive.

DE SOTO CHILD DIED SUDDENLY SUNDAY MORNING; RITES TUESDAY

“Pat” Sully, three year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sully died suddenly Sunday morning, a short time after arising from bed. The sudden passing of the child came as a surprise and shock to his family and friends of the Sullys.

William Patrick Sully was born at DeSoto November 2, 1933 and had spent his life on the same farm. He is survived by his parents and two older brothers, Louis and Leo. A brother, Joseph, Jr. died two years ago.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis Borgia church in Blair, Father William J. Borer of Tekamah officiating. Burial was in the Holy Cross cemetery here.
