Lorin Olson, aged 20 years, died early Monday morning at an Omaha hospital where he was taken on Friday evening. Death was due to infection of a boil on his face. He visited relatives in South Omaha a short time ago and spent a great deal of his time at the stock yards. While there an infection was supposed to have been contracted while there. Everything that loving hands could do was done to save his life and he was taken to Omaha Friday evening in hopes of getting help. The deceased was a young man in the prime of life, having celebrated his birthday Thursday, Oct. 4th. He was the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Olson and leaves, beside his heartbroken parents, four sisters who will miss his loving kindness. They are Mrs. Nellie Hover of Battle Creek, Nebr., Mrs. Regania Hughes of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Madeline Harman, Omaha and Miss Ilene at home. Funeral services were held at the Catholic church at Blair Wednesday at 9 o'clock and burial was made in the Blair cemetery. The sympathy of the entire community goes out to the family in this dark hour of sorrow.

Funeral services were held at the Catholic church yesterday morning for Loren Gilbert Olson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Olson of Herman. Loren was about 21 years of age and besides his parents leaves four sisters. The remains were laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery east of Blair.

Loren, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Olsen, passed away at the Wise Memorial hospital in Omaha Monday morning at two o'clock. Loren was 20 years old the 4th of this month and had lived all his life in Herman. He leaves to mourn his departure his parents, Mrs. Nellie Hoover, of Battle Creek, Nebr., Mrs. Regina Hughes of Washington, D.C., Mrs Madaline Hansen, of Omaha, and Miss Eileen Olsen at home and many friends. Interment in the Blair cemetery Wednesday morning.

Leon Gilbert Olson died Sunday in Herman and the body was brought here today for the funeral service at the Catholic church at 10 o'clock, Father Beyersdorfer officiating. Leon was 20 years of age last Thursday and was the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Olson. Besides his parent he leaves four sisters.
