GRANT OPPLIGER, 21

Grant Oppliger, 21, of Farwell, Texas, died April 22, 2002, in Thomas County, Kan., folowing an automobile accident.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Friday, April 25, at First United Methodist Church in Clovis, N. M., with Dr. Steve McElroy officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Terrace Memorial Park in Farwell.

Grant Given Oppliger was born Aug. 18, 1981, in Amarillo, Texas, to Don and Joi Oppliger. He attended schools at Farwell, graduating from Farwell High School in 2000. He was a sophomore at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

He never met a stranger, and everyone he met and knew, always remembered his wonderful smile. He was a member of Hamlin United Methodist Church in Farwell, and attended First United Methodist Church in Clovis.

He is survived by his parents, Don and Joi Oppliger, and a brother, Benjamin Oppliger, all of Farwell; grandmother, Charlotte Christopher of Blair, and grandfather, Edward Oppliger of Columbus.

Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice of charities, or to donor's local library.

Steed-Todd Funeral Home in Clovis, N.M., is in charge of arangements.
