Floy V. Hagemo, 91, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home Chapel.

Floy V. Hagemo was born May 8, 1914, at Hysham, Mont., to Mahlan and Cora Williams. She grew up in Livingston, Mont. She married and had three children, Robert, Coleen, and Donald. She was divorced and later married Arnold Hagemo and the couple made their home in Missoula, Mont. She enjoyed being with her family, gardening, and crafts.

When her husband retired, they traveled throughout the United States. After three years, they made their home in Mesa, Ariz. After her husband’s death, Mrs. Hagemo moved to Mr. Vernon, Mo. About five years ago, she moved to Blair. She lived at Parkview Manor, where she enjoyed cards, bingo and her many friends. When her eyesight weakened, she moved to Good Shepherd Assisted Living where she made many friends and enjoyed their activities. She moved to Good Shepherd Home when her health failed.

She made friends easily and enjoyed being with her family in Blair. She was a member of the Blair Optimist Club for three years and one of her main jobs was filling more than a thousand Easter eggs for the Optimist’s Easter egg hunt with her friend, Anna Sprinkle. She was a member of the Lutheran Church in Blair. Her spirited personality will be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Colleen Stout of Aurora, Mo.; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Betz Woodhull of Blair; three grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren in the Missouri area, along with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Hagemo, and one son, Robert Woodhull.

Memorials are suggested to the Good Shepherd Home in Blair.

Memorial Service: 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair, NE. No Visitation. Roeder Mortuary.
