Cora H. Hagen, 71, of Blair, died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002, at her home in Lakeland Estates.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, at County Bible Church. Interment will take place at a later date in Williston, N. D., following cremation. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Cora Hildegaard Hagen was born May 25, 1931, in Grenora, N. D., to Carl L. and Hilda M. (Folvag) Haugen.

She attended Round Prairie School and graduated from Williston High School in 1948.

On April 10, 1950, she married Ronald Hagen. The couple had four children.

The Hagens lived in Williston, N. D., until 1969, then moved to Loveland, Colo. They moved to Imperial in 1975, and settled at Lakeland Estates, south of Blair, in 1978.

Mrs. Hagen was a partner in various family businesses including Quality Construction, Building Specialists, Gateway Liquor, and Ron-Cor Inc. She also worked at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair, and retired after 11 years at Grace College of the Bible in Omaha. Most recently, Mrs. Hagen had worked for the past five years at HunTel, and also at H&R Block during the tax season.

She was an active member of Country Bible Church and was a “March for Jesus” coordinator. She changed the world through the many people whose lives she touched. Her unfailing faith and love was evident in her words and deeds.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald, of Blair; a son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Jodi Hagen of Kansas City, Kan.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Alan Solberg of Williston, N. D., Karyn Hagen and her life partner, Chris Warman of Keene, N. H., and Lynn and Dave Scheibe of Blair; three sister, Marianne Jacobson of LaMoure, N. D., Shirley Smith of Westminster, Colo., and Jan Nelson of Sitka, Alaska; three sisters-in-law, Ann Haugen of Elizabeth, Colo., Audrey Kvande of Williston, N. D. and Mavis Smith of Portland, Ore.; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, on sister, Loretta Perry, and a brother, Carlton Hagen.
