Terry Crispin, age 51, of Blair, Nebraska, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Terry was born on January 27, 1964 to Larry and Saundra “Sandy” Crispin in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Terry graduated from Missouri Valley High School. Terry graduated college from Methodist College of Nursing in Omaha, Nebraska for a Registered Nurse. Terry worked for Memorial Community Hospital in Blair, Nebraska as an Emergency Room Nurse for 10 years, and as a RN for 25 years. Terry married Kristin Rhoades April 27, 2011 in Blair Nebraska. Terry enjoyed fishing.

Terry is preceded in death by his grandparents Leonard and Bernice Crispin, and Don and Geneva Drustrup.

Survivors include his wife Kristin Crispin of Blair, Nebraska, parents: Larry and Sandy Crispin of Missouri Valley, Iowa, son: Chase Crispin of Blair, Nebraska, brother Greg Crispin of Littleton, Colorado, niece Sheila Crispin of Littleton, Colorado, sister Ginger Geise and husband David of Logan, Iowa, niece Bailey Geise of Omaha, Nebraska, nephew Bo Geise of Logan, Iowa.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
