Hans Aye, 75, of Neosho, Missouri, died December 22, 1987, at Sale Hospital in Neosho after a nine-month illness.

Hans was born March 15, 1912, in Blair, and moved to Neosho in 1963.

He was a retired carpenter and antique dealer.

Hans married Theo Bates November 7, 1931, in Nebraska City. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Hans Aye of Kenner, Louisiana; a daughter, Janice Hatt of Central City; a brother, Adolph Aye of Carnation, Washington; three grandchildren, Greg Hatt of Papillion, Karen Anderson of Central City and John Aye of Kenner, and three great-grandchildren.

The body has been cremated and no services were held.

Arrangements were handled by Clark Funeral Home of Neosho.
