Gustafson, Martha Marie (Weber) Age 82 Passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at St. Joseph Villa in Omaha, NE. Martha was born on August 18, 1933 in Lyons, NE to Lars Weber, Sr. and Emma (Koenig) Weber. She grew up west of Herman, NE, rural Omaha, and graduated from Underwood High School in Omaha. She attended college near Fremont, NE where she obtained her teaching certification. She was a rural school teacher, and then became a homemaker after her marriage. She was united in marriage to Harold Leland Gustafson on December 5, 1952, and was blessed with five children. After her children were raised, she moved to Fullerton, NE where she lived until May 2012 when she moved to St. Joseph Villa in Omaha. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Emma Jean Weber, sister-in-law Marian Weber, companion of 35+ years, Avre Papst, and several aunts and uncles. Survivors include her five children, Carol Ethridge (Rick), Dale Gustafson, Bonnie Gustafson, Judy Elliot (Roger), Marla Gustafson (Brett); "favorite" grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Avre's children Tony (Val) Papst, Jackie Papst Urbanski (Alden) and Avre's grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Lars Weber, Jr.; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Martha enjoyed attending the children's and grandchildren's activities, motorcycle riding, working her crossword puzzles, and spending time with family. Martha was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. VISITATION with the family, Tuesday, 6-8pm, Timothy Lutheran Church, 3112 W. Broadway, Council Bluffs, IA.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE, Wednesday, 11am Timothy Lutheran Church. A luncheon will immediately follow the service. The family will direct memorials. Private inurnment in the Herman, NE cemetery. CUTLER-O'NEILL-MEYER-WOODRING Bayliss Park Chapel 545 Willow Ave., Council Bluffs, IA 712-322-7779
