HAZEL M. LEMLEY, 96
Graveside services were Thursday, July 19 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park for Hazel M. Grantham Lemley, 96 who died July 16, 1990 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair.
She was a former resident of Montclair Nursing Home in Omaha.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luke & and Margaret M. Mullins Grantham; a sister, Pearl Grantham Jarrell; her husband, Dr. G.G. Lemley; and children, George Lemley and Florence Lemley Graske.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Connie (Mrs. Florine) Lemley of Fort Calhoun; granddaughters, Susan K. Graske Parks, Omaha; Sharon L. Lemley Germar, Fort Calhoun; Nancy L. Graske Wilkening, Fort Collins, Colorado; and Carol L. Lemley Ray, Blair; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandsons.
Memorials may be made to National Association for the Blind.
Crosby Burket Swanson-Golden Colonial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
