JESSE J. LEONARD BURIED AT BLAIR CEMETERY TODAY

Funeral services are being held today, December 21st for Jesse J. Leonard of Omaha, who died at an Omaha hospital Sunday, December 17th. Mr. Leonard was 82 years of age, having been born November 15, 1890. He was a native of Herman, but had not lived there for many years.

During his active years he was a construction worker, specializing in the building of waterworks systems. He had been living at 2856 Larimore Avenue in Omaha.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtle and by three sons and four daughters.

The sons are Tom Leonard of Illinois; Donald Leonard of Michigan; and Kenneth Leonard also of Illinois.

The daughters are Mrs. Hazel Kuykendall of Illinois; Mrs. Lois Ladd of Minnestoa; Mrs. Mary Jean Johnson of California; and Mrs. Shirley Allen of Omaha.

Funeral services are being held this afternoon at the Campbell Mortuary with services conducted by the Rev. Charles Gates of the First Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Blair cemetery.

Pallbearers are grandsons of the deceased.
