OBITUARY
Vernie Leonard, aged 6 years, 2 months and 18 days, child of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sublet, died last Thursday of bronchial pneumonia after an illness lasting but a few days. Funeral services were held at the home, one block north of the passenger depot, at three o’clock the following afternoon, Rev. F. E. Volck officiating. Besides the parents, there are six brothers and one sister to mourn the loss of the little one.
